Growing up in Mildura together, George and Will have been friends for years and decided to combine their talents and start LawnLink together
George's Story
Growing up on his family vineyards in Mildura, George has always had a green thumb and an eye for detail.
After finishing high school, George enlisted into the Australian Army, and served in the infantry corps. Once his service was done, he went to University, graduating with distinction in a Commerce/ Agriculture degree.
During his studies, George wanted to start his own business, starting out small, with a lawn mower in the back of his old holden. As time went on, he was able to build a regular clientele, and through his hard work and attention to detail, he was able to build his business into a success.
Will's Story
Born and raised along with George in Mildura, Will always had a keen interest in Business.
After completing his University degree, Will started “Hughes Bros. Sharpening” a Melbourne based sharpening company which grew quickly, focusing on quality workmanship and excellent customer service. It soon became the highest reviewed with 200+ 5-star reviews.
Looking for a new project that could provide new challenges, he called up George and told him his plan. Will can focus on the marketing and client communications, and George can focus on the gardening that he does so well.
And that’s how Lawn Link was born.
