Lawn Link is a Gardening company specialising in the regular maintenance of Lawns and Gardens.

Work Request Form Questions

We will be in contact with you ASAP (usually the same business day), and schedule a time for an estimate.

Once estimate is complete and price has been approved, we will find a time that works for both of us to come complete the work.

Not a worry at all! Do your best to be accurate with your measurements. Before work commences we provide either online or in-person estimates so we are both happy with the price point.

If the Gardener needs to transport some green waste themselves then there will by a small surcharge depending on the amount. Don't worry, we will contact you first to discuss the situation.

Lawn Maintenance
Questions

Great question. This totally depends on you. Some people prefer more often others prefer less. During the summer, lawn will generally grow faster, and you may wish to organise more jobs. In the case you wish to adjust please get in contact and we will rearrange accordingly.

A recurring job can be requested upon submitting your form, or after our one-time service is completed, you can reach out and we can help you organise a regular service.

If there is any excessive amount of rubbish in your lawn (that is not specified on quote) on the day there will need to be a surcharge to compensate us for our time.

To save yourself the money, clear as much rubbish from your lawn as possible.

Payment Questions

Invoices will be sent via email at the completion of the work. This will include details on your payment options.

Your balance is alway available to be viewed in the 'Client Portal'.

Accounts are never charged until the work has been completed.

Account Information

Under the 'Client Portal' link you will see a prompt below asking if you have "Forgotten Your Password". Click on this and follow the prompts to set a new password.

Don't stress!

Try to reset your password and make sure everything is being spelled correctly.
